Near York Woods is a roadside pullover park where I saw this marker. It has probably been there 40 years but yesterday was the first time I had seen it.
This fills some holes in the Annie Oakley story and explains where Willowdell fits into the story.
Directly across from the roadside park is this restaurant. The first thing that comes to my mind when I see it is , isthere a "new "Annie Oakley restaurant somewhere in the area.
I have my eye on the big saw because I am pretty sure I do not have one like it, and if it is still here on Sunday I will buy it just in case a sitiation arises inthe future where it can be useful.
Thi is another side of Kinky Friedman's (the parrot) van. The "Russ and Kinky" lettering at the top caught my eye.
Passed gas at that Restaurant more than a few times...oops, I mean passed for gas, never mind!
