This is an important spot for the eastern Montana native Americans. Did not spend a lot of time checking it out.
That is Sleeping Buffalo Rock in the background. I have to read more about it, there has to be a reason there were so many cigarettes placed inside that wooden fence around the rock.
I was surprised to see this in Saco Mt. If you are over 40 you will know that before Tom Brokaw there was Chet Huntley and David Brinkley when it came to world news reporting. This must be where Chet grew up . I can understand why he left.
